The BMW X2 GoldPlay Edition can only be had in X28i-guise with your choice of two- or all-wheel-drive. The turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine produces 228 horsepower and 258 lb-ft of torque, sent to the wheels via an eight-speed Sport Steptronic torque converter. In the sDrive, you’ll achieve a 0-60 mph time of 6.6 seconds, dropping to 6.3 seconds in the xDrive.
Key standard features on this trim include dynamic LED headlights, BMW Navigation with the 8.8-inch infotainment screen, and a catalog of safety features such as Active Driving Assistant with Frontal Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning, and more. The model pictured here is the PHEV xDrive25e which will be sold in Europe but the visual cues are likely to mimic those of the US model, which will begin production in March of this year.
