Wharton also designs to start “remastered” variations of the Fighter two-seater sports car, and the 411 four-seater in 2022, just before revealing an all-new model called the Buccaneer GT. Talking with Autocar, Wharton discovered the new car will be a four-seater “quite considerably in the traditional Bristol mould” current with modern day engineering and products.
Wharton has already ordered the intellectual assets rights to start off earning improved variations of the current Fighter and 411 and is hoping to get access to the Bristol organization archive. The remastered products will be hand-developed in batches of eight with some re-engineered components. The 411’s outdated live rear axle, for instance, will be replaced by an unbiased rear suspension.
