DETROIT — A U.S. regulator ruled Wednesday that Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd.’s new structure for its Roxor off-highway utility vehicle did not infringe the intellectual house legal rights of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles’ Jeep model, six months right after barring the sale of older products.
