KW Automotive carries on M&A spree

KW Automotive has bought the damping technological innovation organization of AL-KO Car or truck Technological innovation.

The unit has 250 staff at two factories in Spain and China generating industrial auto shock absorbers.

KW is primarily based in Germany.

“This transaction offers the possibility for a technological leap ahead, from which our AL-KO merchandise segments will also advantage, reported Harald Hiller, president and CEO.

The promoting firm would emphasis on its main organization, the advancement and output of chassis and suspension factors for trailers, leisure vehicles, light-weight industrial vehicles and “new mobility solutions”.

KW specialises in suspension merchandise for street and motorsport use and gains new factories in Europe and China, as nicely as industrial auto know-how.
