New Delhi: Rahul Bajaj has resigned from his situation of non-govt director and chairman at Bajaj Auto Ltd, the corporation reported in a statement on Thursday.
He will be replaced by Niraj Bajaj, non-govt director of the corporation, with impact from Could one, 2021.
“Rahul Bajaj, non-govt chairman of the corporation, having been at the helm of the corporation given that 1972 and the Group for 5 decades, thinking of his age, has tendered his resignation as non-govt director and chairman of the corporation with impact from shut of organization several hours on April thirty, 2021,” the corporation reported in a statement.
